Indianapolis IN. Evelyn Magley CEO of The Basketball League, announced a new market was awarded to Medora IN.

The Team Market Owner purchasing the team is Larry Morin a local businessman from Bedford IN. The team will be called the Medora Timberjacks and play in Medora High School.

Medora is in south central IN and is centrally located to the rest of the markets in TBL’s Midwest Conference.

This is their 2nd season as they competed last year in the Hoosier Hardwood Basketball Association

The team is planning a media conference on October 6 at the Medora High School gym where they will announce:

• A new Dance Team
• Upcoming tryout events
• Upcoming youth clinics & camps
• Season tickets & sponsorship opportunities

TBL is entering season #5 with 48 teams. The league plays a 24 game schedule between March and May with playoffs for an eventual national championship in June.
